Section 4 says the leagues are private and self-run, and that AllandaleSports takes no money from them. Sections 9 through 12 limit our liability and require individual arbitration of disputes.
AllandaleSports, a Castle Island Company ("AllandaleSports," "we," "us"), operates allandalesports.com and its related pages, tools, reports, articles, models, data and league software (together, the "Site"). By visiting, browsing, creating an account on, or otherwise using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to every page of the Site, whether or not a page links to them.
Everything on the Site, including articles, reports, betting and player-prop evaluations, DFS projections, lineups and optimizer output, player and team grades, rankings, models, indexes, picks, odds, lines, statistics and commentary (together, "Content"), is published for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Our Content is independent research built from data and models. It reflects our opinions at the time of publication and may change without notice.
The fantasy leagues found on the Site (each a "League") are private leagues, run by their own members. They are not public contests, and they are not offered, sponsored or operated for profit by AllandaleSports.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or create an account. Betting and daily-fantasy Content is intended only for people who are of legal age to wager in their own jurisdiction (21 or older in most U.S. states). You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, and for every decision you make, including any wager or contest entry, whether or not you made it after reading our Content. You use the Site and the Content at your own risk.
Accounts are free. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close any account, or remove any user from the Site, at any time and for any reason.
Each League's commissioner has final authority over that League's decisions, including dispute resolution, rule interpretation and disciplinary action. Commissioner decisions made in good faith are final and binding among that League's members. AllandaleSports does not review or overturn commissioner decisions and is not responsible for them.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that scores, standings, lineups or data will be correct or delivered on time.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLANDALESPORTS, CASTLE ISLAND COMPANY AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND LEAGUE COMMISSIONERS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH (THE "ALLANDALE PARTIES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE CONTENT OR ANY LEAGUE, INCLUDING ANY WAGERING, CONTEST, TRADING OR FINANCIAL LOSS; LOST PROFITS OR WINNINGS; LOSSES FROM RELYING ON ANY CONTENT; DISPUTES AMONG MEMBERS; PLATFORM OUTAGES OR DATA ERRORS; OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. IF ANY ALLANDALE PARTY IS FOUND LIABLE DESPITE THIS SECTION, ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS COMBINED WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you; in that case they apply to the fullest extent allowed.
You release the Allandale Parties from all claims arising from any dispute between you and any other user or League member, including disputes over entry fees, prizes or payments. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Allandale Parties from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any Content, your participation in any League or private arrangement among members, any wager or contest entry you make, or your violation of these Terms or of any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Content or any League will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and AllandaleSports each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
The Site, its design and its Content, including our models, grades and indexes, belong to AllandaleSports or its licensors. You may view Content for personal, non-commercial use only. The Site may show or link to third-party data, odds, sportsbooks, platforms and websites; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for them. Team and league names and marks belong to their owners, and AllandaleSports is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NHL, NBA, any team, any players' association, or any sportsbook or fantasy operator.
We may change these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the rest of these Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with each League's published rules, are the entire agreement between you and AllandaleSports about the Site.

AllandaleSports collects only the information necessary to operate the Site and its league software. This includes member names, contact information provided voluntarily, team names, roster data, and transaction history within the league platform.
We do not sell, rent, or share member information with any third parties for commercial purposes.
We do not collect or store payment card or bank details, because the Site takes no payments. Member data is stored securely and accessible only to site administrators. We use reasonable technical measures to protect member information from unauthorized access.
CIFL may utilize third-party fantasy sports platforms (such as Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo) to host league operations. Use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies, which members should review independently.
Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting the Commissioner. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days, subject to record-keeping requirements.
Questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be directed to the Commissioner via the contact information provided to members at the time of invitation.
Our leagues are private and self-run among friends and competitors who share a passion for sports. AllandaleSports takes no money from any league, and our research, picks and projections are for information and entertainment only — never a reason to wager. Any money you choose to spend on sports, inside or outside a league, should be treated as an entertainment expense and never money you cannot afford to lose. Set personal limits and stick to them.

The Commissioner reserves the right to pause or waive a member's participation at any time if there is a credible concern about responsible play. Member welfare takes precedence over league competition.
Scoring is set per league. Each league’s values are published in that league’s rules on the league hub, which is members-only — you will see them once you have joined. A full scoring breakdown is published in the platform prior to each draft.
FAAB (Free Agent Acquisition Budget) bids are due Tuesday 11:59 PM ET. Minimum bid is $0. The starting FAAB budget is set per league and is published in that league’s rules on the league hub, which is members-only.
Top 7 teams qualify for playoffs beginning Week 15; the top seed receives a bye. Seeding is determined by record, with total points as the tiebreaker. Championship is decided Week 17.
All disputes must be submitted to the Commissioner within 48 hours of the event in question. Commissioner rulings are final.

The Commissioner aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during the active season and within 72 hours in the offseason.
